The Neural Scientist:
After a messy childhood spent running the ghetto streets, the young Scientist cut his teeth working the human organ black market in the back streets of Moscow during the late eighties. In 1992 he finally got his hands on his ticket to the big time, it was a friend of his on the Moscow organ scene who got him his first fake British passport. From then on in, it was just a logical series of events that led him to London, England.
He set up his first laboratory in 1994, working from hand to mouth, turning his hand to anything, from minor cosmetic surgery, to major brain surgery. The young Scientist had to take whatever he got untill he managed to get his false Phd. Times were hard, but he kept his organ trade going throughout, as anesthetic is always cheap, and spleens and livers are rarely missed.
It was through his organ work that he was able to set up his second laboratory, and it was around this time that the Nural Scientist and the mysterious MC SL first crossed paths, it was not an easy partnership in the beggining, as SL was always fearfull of the chloroform, but eventually The Nural Scientist got SL's healthy young liver, and SL was none the wiser. During this period, many fabled recordings were made in the Neural Laboratories, MC SL often participating, although not always through his own free will.
Early in 1997, The Nural Scientist had ammased enough cash to be able to fund his ultimate dream project, and by the end of the year, work had begun on the third and perhaps the greatest Neural Laboratories. Located in an underground facility occupying 19 square miles built atop the wreckage of the ancient lost city of Atlantis, Lab v3.03 is among the largest secure compounds in the world, yet its location is known to no one, not even the NSA, who have been looking for Lab v3.03 for some years now.
Within the walls of this compound, the Scientist has been working on Project RS2, correcting polarity indifferences and creating super chains, but perhaps far more interestingly a little known project called AudioEnslave. AudioEnslave started life as a simple mind control programme, but the Scientist discovered that its effects were difficult to narrow down on to one individual, and appeared to work far better on larger crowds in darkened rooms. Before long, Neural Laboratories v3.03 had its own army of unwitting zombies and it was these helpless souls who helped propell the labs to its current position as the second largest economy in the world.
The future looks bright for Soundproof Productions, who have not only signed The Neural Scientist to their record label, but have also managed to enlist his support in their plans for global domination, whether or not they were right to trust the worlds most dangerously unhinged, pshycopathic brain surgeon and ruthless dictator, is another matter entirely...
